You will need to ensure that the property’s main features are in good condition. This includes the exterior/structure, the roof, and that the boiler and electrics are fully functional
You will need to ensure that you have the correct corporate letting insurance in place for the use of the building.
You will need to continue to look after your mortgage if you have one in place
You will need to ensure that you have the correct safety and environmental certificates in place (Gas safety, electrical safety, EPC)
Our Responsibilities:
Handle all tenant enquiries and queriesNo void periods
Guarantee rent payments each month for 3 to 5 years
Pay all utility and council tax bills
Complete minor repairs to the property
Ensure the property is well maintained by carrying out regular checks
Provide a landlord’s hands-free experience
Provide a regular cleaning service to ensure high standards are maintained
